Accessibility statement

We want people to be able to find practical venue information and send an enquiry without unnecessary barriers.

Last updated: 2 September 2026

Website features

The website uses semantic headings and landmarks, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, labelled form controls, text alternatives for meaningful images, accessible disclosure controls and a keyboard-operable mobile menu and privacy settings dialog. Layouts adapt for small screens and text can be enlarged with browser controls.

Motion is reduced when your device requests reduced motion, and colour is not the only way required form states are communicated.

Our approach

The site is designed with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA in mind. This statement is not a certification that every page will be barrier-free for every combination of browser and assistive technology.

Forms and alternatives

Required enquiry fields are identified in text and server-side errors are returned with the entered values retained. The social poker acknowledgement appears only when that programme is selected and is also enforced on the server.

If the form does not work for you, email [email protected] or call +64 9 663 8750.

Venue access information

Contact us before your visit if you need specific information about physical access, seating or participation in a programme. We will answer from the current venue information rather than making assumptions about what you need.

Report a barrier

If you find content difficult to access, tell us the page, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and a suitable way for us to reply. We will review the issue and provide the information in another practical way where possible.
